By downloading or using the MoveQuest app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app or any part of it. All intellectual property rights belong to MoveQuest.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue app services at any time, including introducing fees. You will always be notified clearly before any charges apply.
The MoveQuest app stores and processes activity data that you submit through your wallet. You are responsible for securing your device and wallet. Do not jailbreak or root your device, as this may compromise its security and affect the app’s performance.
The app may use third-party services that have their own Terms & Conditions:
Certain features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). MoveQuest is not responsible for limited functionality due to connection issues or data plan restrictions.
If you use the app outside your country, your mobile provider may charge for data or roaming. You are responsible for such charges and for having authorization if you're not the bill payer.
You must keep your device charged to use the app. We are not responsible for functionality lost due to a powered-off device.
We strive to provide accurate and updated content but rely on third-party data sources. MoveQuest is not liable for any losses resulting from inaccuracies or outdated information.
We may update the app over time. While we aim to maintain compatibility with Android and iOS, we do not guarantee support for outdated devices or versions. You agree to install updates when available.
We may discontinue the app at any time. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app and take effect immediately upon posting.
