We wanted to take a few minutes to speak directly to the MoveQuest community.
We know there is tremendous excitement surrounding the recent announcement and the next chapter of MoveQuest, and we also understand that many of you are probably wondering:
“What happens next?”
There has been a tremendous amount of work taking place behind the scenes over the past several days. Much of it may not necessarily be exciting to watch from the outside, but it is absolutely necessary for what comes next.
The best analogy we can give you is a Formula One race.
MoveQuest has already proven that the car can run. The engine works. The foundation is here. We have been around the track, learned a great deal along the way, and now the leadership and support structure are being strengthened and organized for the next stage of the race.
Right now, we're in the pit.
And a pit stop doesn't mean the race has stopped.
It means you're changing the tires, fueling the car, reviewing the data, making adjustments, tightening everything that needs to be tightened, and preparing to get back onto the track faster, stronger, and better equipped than before.
That's very much where MoveQuest is today.
One of the things we have recognized is that if MoveQuest is going to grow at the level we believe it can, there are some foundational pieces that have to be firmly in place.
For too long, our community has not had one consistent, simple message for explaining exactly what MoveQuest is. Different people have understood and presented the ecosystem in different ways.
That is changing.
We are working toward giving the entire community a common message, common language, and common understanding, so that whether someone hears about MoveQuest from one person or another, they are hearing the same fundamental story.
At the same time, work is underway around training, marketing materials, onboarding tools, education, processes, and support systems, so that when someone introduces a new person to MoveQuest, they don't have to figure everything out on their own.
And this becomes even more important as we begin expanding our focus beyond individual community growth and toward conversations with businesses, corporations, associations, organizations, and potential strategic partners.
Those organizations are going to expect structure.
They are going to expect professional materials.
They are going to expect processes.
They are going to expect education, onboarding, and support.
And we want those things in place before we ask them to trust MoveQuest with their employees, members, customers, or communities.
So while you may not see a major announcement every single day right now, please don't mistake that for inactivity.
The work is happening.
Lynette continues to be actively involved in the vision and development of the MoveQuest ecosystem. C.J. and the executive team are working alongside her to strengthen the leadership, growth strategy, infrastructure, and organizational systems necessary for the next phase. And from the community side, we are beginning to organize the leadership, coaches, ambassadors, training, and support structure that will help carry that direction forward.
This is not one chapter ending and another unrelated chapter beginning. It is the same mission continuing with additional leadership, resources, structure, and momentum behind it.
We are taking the time now to build the infrastructure necessary not only to create momentum, but to support and sustain that momentum once it begins.
Sometimes you have to slow down for a moment in order to speed up.
That's what this pit stop is about.
We appreciate the excitement, the patience, and most importantly, the belief that so many of you continue to have in MoveQuest.
Stay engaged. Keep moving. Keep participating.
There will be much more to share as the pieces continue coming together.
The engine is running. The team is getting ready. The mission continues. And the next lap is coming.
We're all in this together.
